Welcome to Teaopolis

To Make Your Own You Will Need:
1) One blank notebook
2) A print out of the Shangers Coat of Arms - Click here to get one.
(Note: Once you see the image - an easy way to print it - is to right click it and select print from the mouse menu.)
3) A print out of the picture of Princess Teana - Click here to get one
4) One colourful marker

Instructions: Glue or tape the outside of your booklet with colored construction paper (blue, pink, green…whichever is your favourite!)

Cut out the pictures of the Shangers Coat of Arms and Princess Teana. On the front outside over of your notebook glue or tape the picture of the Shangers Coat of Arms and underneath write the following “Teaopolis Passport”.

On the inside of the cover page glue or tape the picture of Princess Teana and on the page beside it write out the following:

Princess Teana invites the bearer of this Passport to imagine the Isle of Teaopolis and travel freely within this fantasyland of tea.

The bearer (insert your name) pledges to uphold the traditions of civility, good manners, companionship and etiquette of the teatime culture.

Once you are finished, you can start planning on how you will fill the passport pages and start earning your Tea Miles! Just remember, you must always check with your parents or guardian first before you begin a project!

There are two levels of recognition that you can work towards by collecting Tea Miles, the Silver and Gold Service Awards:

The Silver Service Award: Once you have completed 125 000 Tea Miles send your passport to Princess Teana and she will make an entry in your passport book. As well, send us a picture of yourself at tea with your parent's written permission so that we may enter you into the Teaopolis Silver Service Hall of Fame. (Privacy Policy)

The Gold Service Award: Once you have completed 300 000 Tea Miles send your passport to the Princess Teana and she will make an entry in your passport book, send you a keepsake from Teaopolis and feature one of your passport entries in her Tea Diary! As well, please send us a picture of yourself at tea with your parent’s written permission so that we may enter you into the Teaopolis Gold Service Hall of Fame. (Privacy Policy)

You could even start a Tea Sister Club with your friends to plan and collect Tea Miles together! Ambassador activities can be so much more fun when you share them with your friends!

What does the Passport offer?

1. Citizenship of Teaopolis for life.

2. As the Princess Teana and Teaopolis websites develop you will be able to register your number and log on for special Virtual Adventure Tours and Tea Chest Treasure Hunts. Also, you can manage your own home page.

3. Initiate your own adventures throughout the world of tea and earn valuable Tea Miles. Everywhere you go within your neighbourhood or further afield, carry your passport and take tea with interesting people. From the local police chief, your head teacher, and folk you meet on vacation, to the president of a country or the resident of a Seniors Home. Enter the details in your passport and post pictures on your secure home page - always have the passport in the frame of the shot. It is important that you should always let your parent or carer help you with your tea assignments. Your parents or carer should always be aware of what you are doing.

4. Ask your family and friends to "host" your passport, complete with Princess Teana's picture, when they go on trips to faraway places. Allow your passport to become a travelling extension of yourself and collect "scrapbook" mementoes as it journeys the globe.

5. There will be a Teaopolis Banking System based on achievements like number of Tea Miles accumulated, places visited and more.

6. All Honorary Citizens of Teaopolis must abide by the basic rules for Good Manners. "Please","Thank you","Excuse me" and all language that promotes gentility will help earn extra Tea Miles.

7. Enter your name now on the waiting list for the Official Passport. You will be under no obligation but if you do register now and decide to confirm when the Passports are ready for circulation you will hold an early identity number.
